IR bulbs are different. They send energy straight into the dough using electromagnetic waves.&#xA;By putting dedicated 110V tubes in every deck and hooking each one up to its own PID controller, you get total control. You can crank the heat on the bottom deck to get that perfect crust without accidentally torching the loaves on the top shelf. It just works.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The nuts and &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;bolts&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use high-purity quartz glass for these tubes. Why? Because quartz doesn&amp;rsquo;t freak out when the temperature jumps around. It won&amp;rsquo;t crack under the pressure of rapid cycling.&#xA;Since they&amp;rsquo;re 110V, these bulbs react fast. Really fast. You hit your target temperature in seconds. Plus, the filament is centered, so you get a nice, even heat footprint across the whole tray.&#xA;One quick tip:**check your connectors.**Most of our tubes use slip-on or spring-loaded terminals. Make sure they&amp;rsquo;re tight. If the wires are &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;loose&lt;/a&gt;, they&amp;rsquo;ll arc, and you&amp;rsquo;ll burn out your terminals before you know it.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A few things to watch out for&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;IR heating is powerful. Maybe too powerful if you aren&amp;rsquo;t careful.&#xA;Because the heat is so intense, placement is everything. If you put the tubes too close or use a wattage that&amp;rsquo;s too high for a small deck, you&amp;rsquo;ll char the outside of your bread while the middle is still raw.&#xA;You have to find the right balance between the wattage and the size of your deck. And while you&amp;rsquo;re at it, double-check that your wiring can handle the current draw. You don&amp;rsquo;t want voltage drops messing with your consistency.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
