We matched the OEM wattage and voltage exactly, so you don&amp;rsquo;t have to worry about frying your controllers. We also treated the quartz glass specifically to handle the constant, rapid cycling of a rotary oven.&#xA;One detail we &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;obsessed&lt;/a&gt; over? The end-caps. We reinforced them so the &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;electrodes&lt;/a&gt; don&amp;rsquo;t shift when a high-speed SACMI line starts vibrating. If those electrodes move even a little, your heat distribution goes &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;sideways&lt;/a&gt;, and your preforms suffer.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A few things to keep in mind&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Installing these is easy because they fit the standard footprint. But a word of advice: if you&amp;rsquo;re pushing for the fastest start-up times and cranking the heat density, your power supply is going to feel it.&#xA;If you&amp;rsquo;re running at max wattage to shave a few seconds off your cycle,**keep an eye on your cooling fans.**High-output lamps dump a lot of waste heat into the housing. If your ventilation can&amp;rsquo;t keep up, you&amp;rsquo;re just asking for the filaments to burn out early.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
