Material & Design
We use halogen-infused quartz elements because they can handle rapid heating and cooling without blinking, and they deliver steady output. The quartz envelope sends shortwave infrared straight where it matters—onto the dough—instead of just heating the air around it. And the R7s connector? Not an afterthought. It’s a standard two-pin setup made for high-heat conditions. It holds tight and makes replacement straightforward. The tube coating helps even out hot spots and keeps contaminants from doing damage. But it’s not a free pass—keep the surface clean, or performance will start to drift.
